Clavis Sinica Limited runs Clavis Shop (clavishop.com). This policy explains what information we collect, why, who sees it, and what choices you have.
Order data: the email you enter, the items bought, price, payment status and time. Account data: the email you use to register or sign in. Download records: when you download an item and your network address (IP), used to prevent abuse and to help you get a file again. AI conversations: the questions you ask the AI guide or reading companion and the answers. Author data: the name, email and work an author provides when publishing. Site logs: basic logs such as time, page and device type, used to fix problems and keep the site running.
The shop never sees or stores your full card number; card details go directly to Stripe.
To complete orders and send download links; to let you find what you bought in My library; to answer your questions; to fix faults and prevent abuse; and to meet legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
Stripe processes payments. An email delivery service sends download links and order emails. AI service providers receive your questions when you use an AI feature so they can write the answer; please do not put sensitive personal information in your questions. Font service: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to it. We may also provide information to authorities where the law requires.
We use necessary cookies or local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language and cart. We do not place advertising cookies on the shop.
Order and download records are kept for as long as needed to run the shop and meet legal duties, then deleted or anonymised.
You can contact us at any time to ask to see, correct or delete personal information about you, except order records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. See the contact page: support@clavishop.com.
The shop is for adults. Users under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian’s consent.
